This is where you come in.About the RoleDoorDash is looking for a Product Designer to lead design and strategy across the end-to-end Dasher experience with a specific focus on Dasher platform and earnings. Our Dashers are at the heart of our logistics business. This role focuses on designing for one of the most crucial aspects Dashers care about—their earnings. It involves helping Dashers understand how they make money across different modes of dashing, how they interpret their earnings, and how they can link these earnings to the right factors. Additionally, it aims to maximize opportunities for Dashers to boost their earnings and achieve their personal goals. This is a highly visible and critical role in a complex, evolving space. By improving the earnings experience, you’ll play a key part in helping Dashers thrive on the platform, leading to better retention and unlocking new opportunities.The role can be based in San Francisco or New York and will report into the Head of Design for Dasher & Logistics.
