Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the North American demand marketing strategy in close collaboration with sales and channel teams, ensuring alignment on go-to-market (GTM) goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional demand marketers, ensuring alignment with global marketing goals while adapting strategies to local segment and market needs.
  • Collaborate with the global campaigns team to design programs that support the demand marketing strategy by segment and ensure global digital, email and database marketing programs have a measurable impact on pipeline generation.
  • Use data and analytics to determine the best mix of programs and to evaluate, report on, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing efforts, across all channels for each segment, based on ROI and performance metrics.
  • Implement marketing programs that include integrated campaigns, conferences, local events, account-based experience (ABX), industry-specific initiatives, joint channel marketing activities, webinars, and more.
  • Create and distribute playbooks that outline key messaging, campaign details, and tactics for engaging target accounts.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing teams to incorporate partner-led marketing campaigns into the overall regional demand strategy, driving joint demand and pipeline.
  • Gather and deliver sales feedback to the broader marketing team, using insights to shape messaging, content, and overall program strategies.
  • Lead the execution of ABX initiatives to engage with target markets and accounts, leveraging segmentation strategies to personalize and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support event logistics, including venue selection, marketing invites, staffing, and onsite coordination, as needed.
  • Provide regional support for broader marketing initiatives, exploring new opportunities and markets as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in demand/growth/revenue marketing, including significant experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in demand, revenue, or growth marketing within a cybersecurity organization with a focus on data-driven decision-making and optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside senior sales leadership and building cross-departmental relationships to create and refine demand marketing strategies.
  • Analytical expertise, including the ability to track metrics and optimize at various stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs, including ABM, events, email campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ability to assess program effectiveness, make data-informed decisions, and clearly communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend across different marketing channels.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take and act on constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales systems such as Asana/AirTable, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, DemandBase, and Looker/Tableau.

This position may be considered a promotional opportunity pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US$160,000 to $175,000 annually for US-based employees. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant. Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
