For us, storytelling is everything; every post, every interaction, and every piece of content communicates who we are. We're looking for a Social Media + Creator Lead who's not only a passionate storyteller but also obsessed with data and our customers. You're someone who thrives on insights, understands what makes our audience tick, and uses that knowledge to create engaging, entertaining content that truly resonates. What You'll be Doing
- Execute Social Strategy: Develop and execute a provocative social media strategy that captivates our audience and amplifies our brand voice across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Craft Compelling Content: Create and manage high-impact content that tells engaging stories and builds a strong brand presence. This includes writing, filming, editing, and producing multimedia content.
- Content Innovation: Drive content creation with fresh, innovative ideas that set trends and engage audiences. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate and manage vibrant online communities. Engage with our audience, respond to interactions, and harness social opportunities to elevate our brand.
- Narrative Excellence: Develop omni-channel communications that reinforce our brand story, including blog posts, web content, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Influencer and Affiliate Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors to co-create impactful content and enhance brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry figures.
- Performance Insights: Analyze social media metrics and trends to refine strategies, optimize performance, and deliver insightful reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation with a proven ability to craft compelling stories.
- Expertise in leveraging social media platforms to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with a keen sense of brand voice and tone.
- Ability to generate and execute creative ideas that align with current trends and resonate with target audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confident, charismatic, and comfortable with on-camera appearances.
- Positive, energetic, and brings a dynamic presence to the team.
- Enthusiastic about culture and trends, with a talent for turning social phenomena into brand opportunities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovative content creation.
- Collaborator and team-player with an ability to work cross-functionality and with a variety of skillsets
