Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for leave-related inquiries, including FMLA, disability, and other absences.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits and leave administration.
Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits and leave data.
Provide employee education and support regarding benefit options and leave policies.
Identify and implement process improvements for benefits and leave management.
Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and compliance.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of benefits administration and leave laws, including FMLA and ADA.
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Salary: $60,000-$64,000 #INNOV2024
