Responsibilities This position will play a critical role in supporting communication strategies for Rivian Automotive's Enterprise Technology and other teams through: Writing, editing and launching change communication plans and awareness campaigns for employees. Measuring and tracking progress; analyzing feedback, insights and consulting on action plans informed by data. Supporting enterprise communication plans and experiences as needed. This position requires in-person work 2-3 days a week at our office in Palo Alto, CA. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of experience in Employee Communications. Experience in creating employee communication campaigns. Ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong listening and verbal communication and presentation development skills. Excellent writing, technical writing and editing skills. An affinity for technical employee communications and the ability to understand complex programs and translate them into concise and timely communications. Ability to work with colleagues across organizational and cultural boundaries to ensure successful execution. Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to develop and track measurement metrics. Flexibility in schedule to be able to support night and weekend shifts as needed. Proficiency with Google Workspace is essential; experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and web publishing preferred. The ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality is a must. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: 94,900 - 118,600 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
