Role Summary:
This requires a highly motivated, talented and flexible leader with adept technical and business knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong organizational, management and team-building capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customer requirements in semiconductor markets: understand challenges the customer faces, the technical requirements for our products, and the value represented by our solution.
· Manage new product introduction with field teams and customers to ensure product success and market share gain.
· Understand our position relative to the competition through competitive SWOT analysis and use this understanding to develop marketing and product introduction strategies.
· Define product roadmaps that clearly establishes SPT’s competitive advantage.
· Develop marketing plans and product roadmaps to drive product definition, design and development, customer engagements, and market penetration.
· Evaluate the financial aspects of product developments incl. budgets, expenditures, and projected R&D cost, ROI and profit-and-loss projections.
· Develop use cases, marketing materials, sales collateral, market communication plans including press releases, launch materials and customer presentations.
· Working closely with program and engineering to develop new products or features
· Customer visits and meetings with up to roughly 20% travel. Establish and communicate comprehensive service strategies for each product line. Use the strategy to drive activity across numerous functional groups.
· Participate in design reviews, develop and delivers requirements for design-for-service and the service business roadmap to ensure the product meets entitled performance in the following areas: Reliability, Availability, Cost of Service, measurement performance and tool to tool matching. This also includes defining CIP programs and product performance features to achieve the improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
Education (minimum):
· Bachelor's Level Degree
