Raba Kistner is seeking a detailed-oriented, dependable Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team in San Antonio, TX. As Marketing Administrator, you will assist with the proposal development and client setup process for Raba Kistner’s strategic business pursuits. You will work closely with the marketing, business development, and operations teams to win new business for the firm by supporting the creation of proposals, statements of qualifications, and responses to teaming requests. You will research, edit, write, and review proposal materials and other marketing deliverables that effectively demonstrate the firm’s capabilities and our role in the client’s success.
The Marketing Administrator will maintain the team’s digital asset management system by updating content, standardizing data, and retrieving information from the system. You will set up new clients on various vendor software platforms and provide essential insurance, safety, financial, and other information needed for Raba Kistner to provide services. You will use your expert skills in organization, data entry and analysis, marketing research, project management, writing, and visual communications, to support the marketing team’s business development efforts. Your work will be multi-faceted, deadline driven and require great attention to detail. You enjoy working with complex documents and pulling together material from multiple contributors to develop a cohesive and compelling narrative. You will work within the marketing team while demonstrating the ability to work independently and closely collaborate with team members. You can successfully work on multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining focus. Other responsibilities include:
- Research information and data as requested.
- Update detailed company information including financial, safety, training, insurance, etc. on various vendor platforms.
- Monitor vendor platforms to ensure company information is complete and current.
- Work with other departments to facilitate flow of information and to ensure data is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Ensure new information is uploaded on a timely basis at the conclusion of each submitted proposal.
- Assist team members in accessing information from the database.
- Support other marketing initiatives as capacity allows, including contributing to social media campaigns, employee communications, conference preparations, graphic design.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Employees shall possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related area.
- One year experience in marketing or communications-related position with demonstrated writing skills
- Good understanding of general marketing principles.
- High proficiency with conferencing and collaborative tools including Teams and Zoom.
- Possess a valid driver’s license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet company’s auto insurability requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent proofreading and editing skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple short-term deadlines against long-term goals. Expertise with detail management for projects with multiple elements and contributors. Self-motivated and have ability to work independently with supervision from multiple team members.
