Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will execute core marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This position will be responsible for developing a marketing calendar, assisting in managing agencies/contractors, as well as driving execution of tactical marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, PR, Email, Etc.). The core metric of success in this position will be increased new business sales performance and ‘sales assisted’ revenue.
In this role, you'll:
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies (calendar, budget, advertising, etc.)
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and strategies.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Owner of digital execution through SEO and PPC initiatives.
- Analyze data and ROI on marketing campaigns to identify key areas of success to drive further investment.
- Work with and manage vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to travel for work related events when needed.
