Mohawk Honda is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a variety of digital marketing strategies, focusing on social media management, content creation, graphic design, and website optimization. This position is vital to growing our brand presence and driving engagement across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling, creative content, including copy, graphics, and videos, to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Social Media Posting: Plan, schedule, and execute daily posts to engage our audience.
  • Website Audits: Regularly audit company websites to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and SEO and recommend improvements.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Digital Marketing: Work with our digital marketing vendors and campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and display advertising.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on campaign performance.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with website management and optimization tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Proven ability to create high-quality, visually appealing designs.
