Position Overview:
HeyGen seeks an experienced visual designer with a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and some After Effects skills to produce marketing designs for web, email, collateral, event and general brand. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with graphic design, user interface design, interaction and brand design. The visual designer is part of a cross-functional marketing team responsible for developing visual concepts and bringing them to life. Essential Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate should be able to perform the following duties: Design brand and marketing pieces across all channels, telling a visually compelling and brand consistent story that makes HeyGen looked fun and sophisticated Possess a mastery of typography, composition, montage, color and interaction design, plus persuasive storytelling for video and web Use their strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma to do the best work of their careers Develop social media infographics, banner ads, collateral, web pages, modules and brand story / activations Collaborate with marketing types to help us achieve awareness and pipeline goals Help us evolve the brand visual system Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's voice through its visual touchpoints Design trade show events once a year Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups Design logos, icons and infographics Work with a component library if necessary Develop mood boards and color studies Required Knowledge and Skills Strong portfolio showcasing past work in B2C and or B2B Ability to meet deadlines consistently, project management, professionalism Excellent communication skills In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles and web design, some animation Extensive knowledge of ui design principles for web, knowledge of CMS systems Ability to work directly with a developer to recreate Figma designs accurately for launch Strong problem-solving skills Ability to take / apply constructive feedback Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, visual communication for marketing Web design, event signage, social media, and some animation. What HeyGen Offers Contract Hourly Rate :
$50-60/hr In office meals, snacks HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer
