Saxon Global is hiring: Web Developer/Architect (onsite) in Austin

Requirements: Web Developer: • Availability to work 100% at the Client's site in Boca Raton, FL or Ocoee, FL (required); • Programming/systems analysis/ designing experience (5+ years); • Experience with front-end technologies including Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; • Experience in back-end development; • Experience in a Full-Stack Development, with a solid understanding of software development principles; • Experience with mobile applications iOS; • Experience with infrastructure tools like Docker, AWS, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket; • Experience in building in building scalable cloud-based applications including containers (Docker, etc.); • Experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies Lead Web Developer: • IT and business work experience including leading developers in systems analysis and/or programming functions (7+ years); • Experience leading and mentoring web developers and/or technical staff. Preferred: • Government experience Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions; • Involved in the full systems lifecycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget; • Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code; • Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations; • Develops solutions requiring analysis and research; • Works on one or more projects as a project team member or occasionally as a project lead • May coach more junior technical staff.
