Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant Employee is responsible for the continuing of the monthly general ledger entries, preparation. General ledger monthly closing assistance Monthly analyzation and preparation of financial documents to provide guidance to accounting leadership Oversee transactions and reconciliations for grants Manages allocation records Cash flow compiling and analyzation Prepares for annual audits (gathering journal entries and other documents) Performs sales and tax filings for organization Ability to assist in new system implementations Strong desire to learn and develop Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business related field (Accounting/Finance is preferred but not required) Between 2-5 years in accounting field Prefers U.S. GAAP understanding Proficient in Excel ( Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, SUMIFS etc.…) Microsoft Dynamics a plus #INNOV2024 #ZRCFS #LI-BF1 #LI-hybrid
