Job Overview:
Location: Needham, MA (Hybrid 3 days a week on site)
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Project Manager to join our Internal Creative Center of Excellence. This role will be pivotal in managing and executing a variety of APAC creative projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the company's strategic objectives. The APAC Creative Project Manager will work directly with Category Marketing and Product Development to efficiently plan briefs and support internal key stakeholders to meet project deadlines and business critical paths for NPD, Skew extensions and MP. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management expertise, exceptional communication skills and open to working different work timings to coordinate with the APAC Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Meeting Management:
Organize and lead kick offs and inflight meetings with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are staying on track and expectations are being set. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Creative Project Manager - International, designers, writers, marketers, product development, video/content production and other stakeholders including our global/APAC teams to ensure seamless project workflows and effective collaboration. Client Liaison:
Serve as the main point of contact for the APAC Team within the Global Creative Operations - understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction with the final deliverables. Resource Allocation:
Manage and allocate resources efficiently, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal productivity. DAM Management:
Ensure work produced in APAC is tracked, tagged and uploaded into the DAM Quality Control:
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards. Problem Solving:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. Innovation:
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches. Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a creative or marketing environment. Global project Management experience Open to working earlier mornings or later evenings to coordinate with the APAC Team Skills:
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proactively reach out to business partners to forecast work and maintain production schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Wrike). Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Personal Attributes:
