Participation in motion capture shoots, coordinating with external vendors, and a solid understanding of gameplay systems like combat and traversal animations are crucial for success in this role. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in a leadership position within animation, a thorough understanding of gameplay mechanics, and proficiency in industry-standard animation tools and technologies. Collaboration with design and engineering teams is essential, and a strong portfolio showcasing realistic animations is a must.
