Job Summary
As the Audience & Market Research Analyst, you will lead comprehensive research initiatives that uncover critical insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Your work will directly inform the strategic and creative decisions that define our clients' success. You'll design and implement robust research studies, analyze data with precision, and effectively communicate findings to ensure our strategies are grounded in solid intelligence. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ethical, robust research studies adhering to industry best practices, using various methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
Conduct and moderate interviews and focus groups, extracting actionable insights to complement your quantitative analysis.
Develop and refine audience personas and customer journey maps, ensuring targeted and relevant marketing efforts.
Analyze data with statistical rigor to identify trends and challenge assumptions.
Prepare and deliver insightful reports that clearly communicate research findings to stakeholders.
Work closely with teams to ensure research insights inform creative and strategic decisions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative research studies required.
Experience with surveying tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
Ability to create detailed audience personas and journey maps that guide marketing efforts.
Exceptional communication skills for presenting research findings.
Working knowledge of marketing principles.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. Will consider 4 years' additional experience in a related field in lieu of degree.
3-5 years of experience in market research, consumer behavior, or a related field, preferably within a marketing function. A Master's degree or additional certifications in research or consumer behavior may substitute for a portion of the required experience.
