OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: Oversee the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and operational excellence. Ensure the integrity of financial systems and processes, leveraging ERP/accounting systems for efficiency. Collaborate directly with the C-Suite to provide actionable financial insights. Maintain compliance with GAAP, regulatory standards, and internal controls. Partner with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure smooth year-end processes and audits. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of progressive accounting and supervisory experience. Proven track record as a Controller , including experience in public accounting. Expertise with ERP and accounting systems, with a focus on driving process improvements. CPA designation strongly preferred.
