Key responsibilities of the Staff Accountant: The Staff Accountant will be tasked with several responsibilities at all levels including accounts payable and as a back-up to accounts receivable. Major responsibilities include monthly journal entries, reconciliations and assisting with monthly financial reports. Liaise with external accounting firm. Assist with identifying and implementing process efficiencies. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications of the Staff Accountant: BS in Accounting 2-5 years general accounting experience from manufacturing or a similar industry. Experience using an ERP system.
