Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH Overview: Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Controller. This position requires a proven financial leader with a 10-15 year track record of success who will provide forward-looking financial leadership, analysis, and reporting to the President, CFO, and senior leadership team worldwide. Job Description/Responsibilities: Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will: Develop and implement procedures for accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting; manage month-end financial submissions from global operations. Ensure financial management and safeguarding of assets, establishing robust internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Drive process improvements in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and working capital, coordinating with both shared services and international units. Prepare and communicate key financial metrics and strategic initiatives to executive management, supporting decision-making with detailed analysis. Manage Financial Shared Services, support acquisition activity and compliance initiatives, and oversee corporate accounting and related audits. Provide technical support and coaching to global financial teams, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and requirements. Required and Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in professional accounting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related advanced degree is desirable. Minimum of 3 years of operating in a Global environment, preferred. CPA required. Public accounting experience and experience as an Accounting Manager or Corporate Controller is strongly preferred.
