Job duties of the Senior Accountant: Lead Financial Operations: Take charge of day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to aid strategic decision-making. Audit Collaboration: Work closely with auditors to facilitate smooth audits and maintain financial integrity. Budget Oversight: Play a key role in budgeting processes, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement streamlined financial procedures. Qualifications for the Senior Accountant: 4+ years' accounting experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Thorough knowledge of GAAP Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Non-profit experience a plus Proficiency in a large ERP system and Microsoft Excel #INDEC2023 #CBDEC2023
