Location: Northwest of Dayton, OH Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 About the Company: We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company located just northwest of Dayton, OH, with over 35 years of industry success. Key Responsibilities of the Cost Accountant: Manage cost accounting processes to ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation. Conduct profitability analyses to drive strategic decision-making. Compile budget and forecast documentation, providing key insights to management. Perform variance analysis to identify and explain differences between budgeted and actual financial performance. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data. Preferred Qualifications of the Cost Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
