Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to manage risk effectively.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and modifications.
• Resolve contract-related disputes and provide strategic advice.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
