EXPECTED DUTIES Perform GL and account reconciliation and analysis Reconcile balance sheet and create reports as needed Handle bank reconciliations and daily bank updates Prepare all journal entries in preparation for monthly financial statements Record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts Investigate reporting discrepancies and report to the Controller findings as necessary Provide financial support on audits, annual budget & forecasting, and corporate requests Assist with quarter and year-end reports as assigned Financial reporting, preparing supporting schedules and analyzing data PREFERRED BACKGROUND Proficient in MS Suite, Excel including vlookup, pivot tables, and working with large volumes of data Proficient in QuickBooks, MarkSystems or Yardi preferred Able to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred but not required 5+ years of corporate accounting experience preferred Detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple requests, and effectively prioritize tasks at hand Please send resumes to ASULLIVAN@CFSTAFFING.COM #LI-AS7 #LI-ONSITE #INNOV2024 #ZRCFS $60,000-$85,000
