Join our team and contribute to meaningful change! About This Role: Manage daily financial tasks: accounts payable/receivable, employee banking, and payroll queries. Conduct month-end closings, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile accounts. Assist the Finance Director with quarterly financial reports. Aid in the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly budget-to-actual reports. Identify and report issues to management. Help develop and implement solutions. Generate accurate custom and ad hoc reports as needed. Qualifications For This Role: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 years' of minimum experience in finance or accounting CPA certification is highly preferred Experience with Sage Intacct software and nonprofit accounting and finance is a huge plus #INNOV2024 #ZRCFS
