The Chief Financial Officer can work a hybrid schedule as needed Overview of the Chief Financial Officer role: Oversee all accounting and finance activities, present monthly financials to the Board Direct month-end close and create financial statements Conduct oversight of the billing/revenue cycle, payroll, and tax processes Oversee all operations and capital budgeting Maintain banking relationships Preferred Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another relevant field; CPA preferred but not required Minimum five years' experience in a senior accounting or finance role Demonstrated leadership ability and supervisory experience Highly effective written and verbal communication skills Organized, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines
