Review and evaluate accounting classifications according to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) for accuracy. Maintain the accuracy of accruals, allocations, and other journal entries as new information becomes available. Analyze and prepare reconciliations for general ledger accounts during the month-end close. Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing requested documentation. Identify areas for process improvement and actively contribute to the implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency, standardization, reporting capabilities, and system enhancements. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls by documenting and supporting the design and operating effectiveness of controls. Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. To succeed in this role, you may have: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or similar
