Assistant ControllerResponsibilities: Collaborate with accounting team to coordinate and manage accounting functions and programs. Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial analyses and reports. Record end journal entries, maintain fixed assets, and calculate monthly depreciation. Reconcile accounts and ensure their accuracy and completeness. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Compile and prepare necessary documentation for external auditors and tax return preparers. Provide support for human resource matters, including payroll processing through ADP. Stay updated with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and their applications. Develop and document standard operating procedures for book close, annual audits, and overall internal financial controls. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting 0-2 years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
