Promotion from within culture. Work directly with the CFO What will the Senior FP&A Analyst do? Collaborate in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Design and implement automated reports to streamline processes within the accounting and finance departments, increasing efficiency. Conduct comprehensive variance analyses comparing actual results with budgeted figures, providing valuable insights for decision-making. Create robust financial and cash flow models that facilitate informed business decisions and optimize operational efficiencies. Generate and evaluate financial models and analyses to support the implementation of new strategic initiatives, fostering growth and profitability. Compile precise monthly reports to ensure compliance with debt covenants for warehouse and securitization facilities. Update and enhance company presentations for lenders, rating agencies, and investors, effectively communicating financial performance and prospects. Develop customized ad-hoc queries to promptly address inquiries from senior management and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. Provide strategic recommendations aimed at improving financial performance and optimizing results. Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to meticulously track and report on key business and financial KPIs, enabling data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. What the company needs in the Senior FP&A Analyst: Advanced SQL Skills required. Bring 3+ years of financial modeling experience. Possess a strong understanding of financial statements and business acumen. Demonstrate meticulous organizational skills and structured work orientation.
