The Graphic Designer will design, layout, and produce a variety of print and digital marketing materials using AI-generated design for our products and businesses around the world. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing and communication professionals, copywriters, videographers, our design team and other cross-functional teams to lead Generative AI-driven design initiatives that resonate with our diverse customer audiences and align with Graco's brand identity. What You Will Do at Graco Graphic Design & Production Projects will encompass a diverse array of marketing materials, including digital and print brochures, advertisements, flyers, logos, PowerPoint presentations, social media imagery, posters, company communications, packaging, and more. Focus will be on the integration of Generative AI design across our graphic design projects. Support the Web Designer in the production of web or interactive design using HTML and web development software. Propose design concepts and present ideas to stakeholder. Revise content based on feedback ensuring the final product aligns with client expectations, Graco brand standards and business objectives. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Organize tasks to meet tight deadlines and uphold Graco's standards of excellence. Coordinate, consolidate and ensures all necessary approvals are obtained from relevant departments Conduct research and identify suitable resources for each production task to ensure quality and budget requirements are met. Track, organize, and archive digital files for each project. Research & Trends Conduct thorough research on industry, product, and customer needs including the use of new and emerging AI technologies for graphic design. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep designs fresh and relevant. Client & Team Collaboration Meet with clients and team members to understand produce value propositions, project goals, brand voice, and audience. Partner with marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment. Serve as the point contact for both international and internal clients when graphics are requested. What You Will Bring to Graco Bachelors degree in Graphic design, Commercial Art, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Graphic Production Designer using AI graphic design tools. Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Dall-E, or Midjourney, along with a strong portfolio in graphic design for both print and digital media. Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), alongside expertise in photo retouching and production layout techniques. Strong work ethic with the ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating effectively within teams and working independently when needed. Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and spoken. Proactive learner with a growth mindset, adept at approaching challenges decisively and balancing creativity with strategy to deliver results. Solid understanding of design principles, including balance, color theory, and typography. Accelerators Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge. Motion graphic experience is a plus.
