Paragon Solutions is hiring: Commercial Interior Designer in Fort Worth

Paragon Solutions is a small family-owned firm that creates beautiful spaces – and we have fun while doing it! We are looking for a talented, collaborative, and imaginative designer who works well with teams and clients to bring visions to life. If you are highly creative, technically skilled, and excited about designing unique customer experiences, we’d love to meet you!  

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:  

• Develop interior architectural concepts based on each client’s unique vision 

• Prepare interior and exterior renderings of our client’s retail space 

• Present concepts and renderings to clients with confidence and clarity 

• Create final documentations and specifications for each project 

• Work closely with the customer experience and branding teams ensure every detail aligns with the client’s request 

This role would be great fit for you if you have: 

• A professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture from FIDER/CIDA-accredited school 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an architecture or commercial interior design firm 

• Experience in retail or restaurant design (preferred) 

• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, production, and detailing 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Corel DRAW Graphics Suite 

• Experience with Sketch Up or similar 3D model program (preferred)
