Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional to manage procurement activities, develop supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with global purchasing policies. This role involves market analysis, supplier negotiations, and managing global projects and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key stakeholders, develop and foster these relationships.
• Pro-actively conduct market analysis/benchmarking and track market trends.
• Develop and manage supplier portfolio and undertake supplier negotiations and drive savings.
• Identify opportunities for increased competitive bidding, smarter supplier relations, and more efficient procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Global Purchasing Policy and all other specific policies.
• Daily review and approval of purchasing requests in Universal Workflow.
• Manage global projects and integrations.
• Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accuracy and finalize SOW and PO’s.
• Create and negotiate Services Agreements.
• Review and approve vendor extension and change requests.
• Manage RFPs.
• Contract management.

Required Qualifications:

• Desired knowledge of Marketing (PR, Sponsorships, Events, etc.).
• Desired knowledge of SAP systems and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams.
• Time management and ability to meet deadline-driven requirements.
