Overview
As the Communications and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to enhance the visibility and reputation of their organization! You will work closely with various stakeholders to create compelling content, manage media relations, and leverage digital platforms to reach a diverse audience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing and communications plan aligned with the organization's mission and goals
  • Oversee all aspects of media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and crisis communications
  • Manage the organization's website and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, including print, digital, and video content
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
