For B2B businesses Signals solves the problem of knowing who is interested in buying your products & services so your sales and marketing teams can target those accounts. Signals uses your current customer data to create a profile of which businesses have the highest probability of becoming customers. When any visitor comes to your website we identify which company they are associated with, if that business is a good match for you and if they show buying intent based on their website behavior. Signals will gather contacts based on the job titles usually involved in your sales process. We then automate outreach to those people via your existing sales and marketing tools.


Job Description:

Marketing and event planning is essential to Signals marketing strategy to grow our brand in the Demand Generation marketplace. We are looking for someone who is responsible for assisting with planning and executing online events and promoting Signals platform. You will assist in organizing and planning our events to ensure they are effective and meet the organization’s goals. This includes speaker recruitment, onboarding, creating event pages, promoting, and coordinating all aspects of the events. You'll also get exposure to email marketing, paid ads, social media and other marketing channels. We are looking for a capable, creative, results-oriented marketer to join our team!

Location: This is an in-office role, but all events will be held virtually.  


Responsibilities:

  • Create an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences using virtual events from concept through completion:
  • Work in close partnership with Demand Generation, Design, and Product Marketing, to develop top-notch events
  • Develop new event ideas, concepts, processes, and formats, ensuring consistency and creativity throughout all event touchpoints
  • Refine and document the workings of our events program alongside the team, helping us scale the program
  • Communicating with clients to address concerns or answer questions about an event’s progress
  • Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capable of planning a range of events for multiple audiences in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a high-growth startup
  • Interest in developing, editing, and evolving content for speakers at the events
