Who You Are... As Regional Marketing Leader, you will work closely with the Corporate Marketing Manager, local VP of Sales, and Branch Manager to develop and implement the strategic marketing and branding plan for your regional branch locations. This person is expected to create, employ, and support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives that effectively describe and promote the Company and its services. This Position... Some examples of the work you might do includes: Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and lead the local marketing and branding strategy for regional branch locations. Participates in weekly meetings with the Corporate Marketing L10 and Regional Sales L10, and has a monthly check-in with the Branch Leadership L10. Provides quarterly marketing updates for each region during the monthly Leadership L10 check-in, based on previous quarter's wins, successes, lessons learned, and opportunities. Partners with the Branch Leadership Team to develop the annual marketing plan and provide the outlook and budget for the next year. Develops and maintains the marketing budget for each branch. Creates customized communication and marketing strategies for the Top 10 customer accounts. Identifies and develops local case studies, project profiles, website project updates, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with the brand identity and templates provided in the Company brand guidelines. Supports the development of local branch proposal submissions. Provides coaching and support to sales teams for value proposition creation and vp-facing presentations. Leads the identification and coordination of local trade show events (if applicable). Collaborates with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator to identify and capture local stories for internal and external sharing on social media channels, including employee growth stories, project case studies, customer testimonials, and community outreach initiatives. Coordinates and conducts customer feedback surveys and interviews for top branch clients, and prepares a report for the Leadership & Sales team based on the feedback received. Conducts local market research and provides quarterly updates to Branch Sales & Branch Leadership team. Develops and maintains the branch marketing calendar. Works closely with the Sales Teams and Office Administrator to identify community outreach opportunities that align with our top customers. Identifies and plans customer outings and customer-facing events. (as necessary or outlined in the marketing plan). Responsible for pricing, sourcing, and ordering swag for regional branch locations, ensuring compliance with the Company brand guidelines. Identifies local award submission opportunities and submit entries on behalf of the branch region. All other duties as assigned.
What You Need... Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications. 5+ years of relevant experience. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva Advanced written (spelling, editing, proofing) and verbal communication skills. Ability to motivate, influence, and collaboratively interact with diverse audiences. Capacity to successfully prioritize work and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment. Propensity for approaching work-related challenges with creative and strategic thinking. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the AEC industry is preferred. Advanced education/degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in sales enablement (i.e., supporting a sales team's efforts to communicate complex messages more effectively).
