Conduct Instructional Design: Lead the end-to-end instructional design process, including needs analysis, content development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions for assigned Epic module(s).2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to define learning objectives, scope content, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.3. Facilitate Train-the-Trainer for Classroom Educators: Provide training and guidance to a team of classroom facilitators, ensuring their work aligns with project goals, quality standards, and deadlines.4. Build and Maintain a Simulated Lower Environment: Lead the setup of a simulated lower Epic training environment following Epic’s standard lower environment build methodology (on-the-job training on how to perform this activity will be provided).5. Ensure Instructional Quality and Consistency: Review and approve instructional materials to ensure they meet high-quality standards, are aligned with learning objectives, and adhere to adult learning principles and best practices.6. Lead eLearning and Blended Learning Initiatives: Oversee the development of a variety of learning formats, including eLearning, blended learning, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and other digital learning experiences.7. Ensure Accessibility: Ensure all learning materials are accessible, addressing diverse learner needs and complying with accessibility standards.8. Measure Learning Effectiveness: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, gather feedback, and implement improvements to ensure the training meets learner and organizational objectives.9. Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. Here's What You Need: Certified in one or more of the designated Epic application(s) EpiCare Ambulatory Epic Cupid Epic Optime/Anesthesia Epic Dorothy Epic Cogito Minimum of two (2) years of experience in training required Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Bonus Points if You Have: Bilingual Skills - French and English Three (3) or more year of experience working as an Epic Certified Principal Trainer Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic Experience in Epic Healthy Planet, Beacon, Dialysis, Inpatient Behavioral Health, Orders, Long Term Care, and/or Stork Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
