OPPORTUNITY
The Director of Sales and Marketing provides leadership and coordination of PACE organization’s revenue targets, sales functions and marketing efforts including presentations to potential referral sources such as community groups, developing new referral sources, and maintaining referral tracking system and marketing file. This role collaborates with Home Office Marketing Department to develop annual sales and marketing plans and to develop collateral.

Responsibilities
- Develops and implements sales and marketing plans and associated activities following state and federal guidelines. Meets or exceeds census enrollment targets.
- Participates in the National PACE Association PACE 2.0 accelerated enrollment e-community group. Leads the New Horizons Living (NHL) 2.0 work group with weekly meetings, targets, goals, and PDSA process.
- Provides individual and group marketing presentations to potential referral sources.
- Maintains consistent, close contact with existing referral sources. Develops and cultivates new referral sources. Maintains customer focus and serves as primary community liaison.
- Maintains referral tracking system and mailing list as well as marketing files.
- In conjunction with the Home Office Sales and Marketing team, develops annual sales and marketing plans and all appropriate marketing materials, including newsletters, press releases and advertising. In conjunction with the Home Office Sales, develops annual strategic sales plan to achieve market targets.
- Sources, determines, and participates in sales and marketing activities (e.g., senior fairs, canvassing senior hi-rises) as developed in marketing plan.
- Implements open houses/marketing events to enhance exposure for PACE organization program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- One (1) year supervisory experience.
- One (1) year experience in healthcare or geriatric marketing.
- Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
Desired
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Marketing and/or sales experience.
- Four (4) years of experience in a sales and marketing role for a health care provider, or in an information and referral resource role with the senior networks.
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
