Come create your career with Volt Volt is hiring for a Marketing Operations Audience Coordinator in New York, NY. As a Marketing Coordinator you will: Drive new subscriber growth. This team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition via paid media campaigns. The Paid Media Operations & Tech team's focus is to provide strategies, processes, and technologies that will enable performance marketing to scale globally with consistency and excellence. Manage and distribute first party audiences to our marketing platforms utilizing data management tools Project manage and provide updates on critical audience initiatives Audit and update our global audience setup and requirements Build processes and tracking materials for internal teams that adhere to privacy and legal guidelines across BUs Work with channel teams to review audience implementation and activation across platform partners Manage request intake and prioritization of xLOB requests and initiatives Utilize holistic project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets This is a 6-month hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday on-site, Friday's remote) contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: 2-4 years experience in Marketing Tech, Performance Marketing, Advertising In-house Marketing or Agency experience Detailed oriented with proven success in process development and execution Strong background in Marketing and Advertising Technologies including familiarity with audience segmentation tools and strategies (e.g., tag managers, DMPs, and CDPs/CCDPs) and trends (e.g., identity resolution, global privacy regulations) Experience working across marketing channels such as social, programmatic, search, CTV to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals Pay Rate: $45.00-$55.00/hr Depending on Experience *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
