Description Location: UCHealth Catalyst Brighton Blvd Denver, US:CO:Denver Department: UCHlth Marketing FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $36.19 - $54.28 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary:Develops, executes, presents, and monitors internal media plans for assigned campaigns. Analyzes the audiences, content, and metrics of a wide range of media outlets. Serves as media liaison for the internal strategy team and the external agency partner. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate media data and develop strategic media plans aligned with business objectives. Utilize media research, audience insights and data analytics to craft the most effective media mix for both traditional and digital campaigns. Analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to target audiences with precision across various media markets. Plan, negotiate and purchase media space and time, securing the best rates for advertising spend. Manage all media buys, including estimates, availabilities and insertion orders, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes. Track and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytic tools, identifying key areas for improvement and optimizing campaigns accordingly. Prepare campaign schedules and manage detailed marketing budgets to ensure alignment with overall strategies. Provide actionable performance reports to key stakeholders and contribute to data-driven decisions to optimize ROI. Foster and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with media strategies and business objectives. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
