About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Digital Marketing to lead and drive the business's performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-funnel acquisition and retention, with a focus on DTC, Amazon, and marketplaces. This role demands a leader who can manage a team covering various digital marketing activities, including paid social, affiliates, influencer, social, creative, CRO, and website. The VP will be expected to be highly analytical, with a strong performance marketing background, particularly in managing significant ad spends, and to be adept at operating in a high-growth, customer acquisition-focused environment. Candidates for the VP of Digital Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in digital and performance marketing, with a specific emphasis on new customer acquisition. The role requires strong end-to-end experience across various ad platforms, particularly Meta/Facebook ads, and a minimum of $800k/month ad spend experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing key KPIs, developing testing frameworks, and analyzing campaign performance. Leadership, recruitment, and mentorship skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a lean team in a high-growth environment. Experience in a similar industry, particularly with fast-growth, customer acquisition-focused DTC e-commerce or digitally native brands, is highly valued.
