Yalent is partnering with a leading AI-driven company to help them find a Field Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing team.
In this role you will own and build the field marketing function across conferences, events, and executive dinners to drive awareness and lead generation. You will own the strategy and pipeline generated from the field marketing program. The ideal candidate has experience running field events at a fast growing B2B SaaS startup.
Job Responsibility
- Build out the field marketing function and manage conferences and experiential events from concept to execution.
- Collaborate closely with the founding and GTM leadership team to select and execute the right portfolio of events that accelerate demand generation pipelines.
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure they are targeting the right audience, generating high-quality leads, and following up on those leads in a timely manner.
- Extend the brand across a variety of event formats, including conferences, executive dinners, webinars, product launch events, and more.
- Own the outcome of leads generated through events, ensuring high ROI and measurable success for each campaign.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of field marketing experience with a B2B SaaS / enterprise software startup
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing and hosting sponsored events
- Excellent attention to detail and operational rigor
- The ability to span events across in-person, webinar/virtual, and customer dinners
- The ability to span events across awareness and demand generation (driving demos booked)
- Experience and affinity for evolving projects and experiments into repeatable programs
- Outstanding project management skills, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, working relationships, cross-functional partners, and vendors while driving timelines and owning the outcome
- Familiarity with sales processes and systems
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
