Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by blending data-driven insights with creative approaches.

Primary Job Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Perform audience research to deeply understand eCommerce and dropshipping target demographics, ensuring campaigns resonate with their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies for ad creative, targeting, and placement.
- Analyze data to create actionable reports, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the paid advertising space.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, managing ad budgets across major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to craft engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with eCommerce audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the eCommerce and dropshipping landscape, including customer behavior and competitive dynamics.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking).
- Adaptability: Comfortable with fast-paced environments and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
