We are looking for a new colleague in the Marketing & Customer Communications Americas Department. This position can be based in either Auburn Hills, Michigan or Lafayette, Indiana. We are hoping this person can start as soon as possible (either this fall or January of 2025).

Responsibilities
•Assist in the implementation of the commercial vehicle brand strategy
•Support asset development through graphic design
•Assist with the maintenance of internal sales enablement tools (Modus, Promotional Storefront, Literature Storefront, event tracking sheets, etc.)
•Assist in the coordination of various marketing efforts including meetings, events, tradeshows, mailing lists, tracking sheets, etc.
•Process purchase orders ensuring adherence to budget milestones and timely payment to suppliers
•Support content development needs for multiple channels (social media, website, intranet, etc.)

Qualifications
•Pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, visual communications design, or graphic design with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
•Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
•Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
•Ability to network and work independently
•Ability to prioritize projects and assignments while meeting deadlines
•Proficiency in desktop publishing, graphic design, and Adobe software skills are required
