Looking for strategic email marketing manager to join our marketing team to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience executing email and direct response campaigns, with strong understanding of email communication strategies -- both written and visual standards, deliverability, and segmentation practices. Experience in agency or internal client-service role strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with basic project management needed to execute on sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns. Demonstrates ability to work with urgency and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Adherence to deadlines is critical.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience deriving insights and recommendations from data and reports. Experience with reporting and analytical platforms such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics is a requirement.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with major internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates diplomacy in interactions with others.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create strategic plans while also executing flawlessly and with superior attention to detail
