The Marketing Manager, Software, is primarily responsible for driving marketing programs for our software. This position is responsible for marketing planning and tactical execution to help guide the customer journey from awareness to advocacy for Elekta. This includes but is not limited to launch, pricing, positioning, marketing communications, lead generation, and field support. This position is measured on the product line performance and ability to engage customers with program development. RESONSIBILITIES Create a marketing plan with comprehensive engagement programs to communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of Elekta Software, emphasizing presenting a unified solution to customers. Consolidate Voice of Customer (VOC) needs in collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Service teams, particularly for software of products/customers identifying as primary users. Develop market segmentation and tailored messaging for each identified segment by leveraging and optimizing internal and external market data and intelligence sources. Liaise with product and portfolio management to influence product roadmap development and drive product development teams to shorten time-to-market. Execute market product launches in North America in close collaboration with Global Marketing and work with Software Sales vertical to develop go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Global Marketing and Sales vertical team members to provide thought leadership on competitive positioning, competitor/market development, and activities. Work with field teams to identify customer champions to suggest and develop reference sites that speak to the value and impact of implemented linac solutions. Collaborate with software Sales vertical lead to design, monitor, and execute unbundled product sales strategy and supporting campaigns. Provide market and competitive analysis to understand trends affecting the product lines success. Oversee trade show activities, messaging, and user/society meetings and symposia related to linac and QA products. Implement sales promotions to drive market share and adoption. Collaborate internally to support training (both onboarding and ongoing) of local Sales staff and other key stakeholders. Incorporate Elektas values into all departmental functions and responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree is required. Marketing degree or relevant training is required. Working knowledge of radiotherapy equipment, linear accelerators and associated QA equipment Excellent business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving profitability and growth under intense competitive pressure. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make top management presentations. Strong analytical capabilities coupled with a strategic business approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional/global settings. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate technical messaging. Strong commercial mentality to establish credibility with sales and management and drive accountability with sales. Demonstrated ability to organize and lead multi-disciplined, high-performing teams. High energy and drive. Persistence and positivity and a self-starter. The US base salary range for this position is $120,000-150,000 annual with 10% bonus.
