Position Overview: The Retail practice at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated scientific algorithms. We are looking for a Marketing Measurement Consultant with the capability to work on client projects. Job Responsibilities: Focus Areas: In-store measurement, attribution and incrementality, Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), marketing insights, and comprehensive measurement. In-store Measurement & Attribution: Develop and implement frameworks to accurately measure and attribute the impact of in-store marketing activities, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of campaign performance and shopper behavior. Incrementality & Test/Control Analysis: Design and execute robust controlled experiments to determine the true incremental impact of marketing initiatives using test-and-control methodologies. Retail Media Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of retail media performance across both online and in-store campaigns, identifying opportunities to maximize return on investment (ROI) and optimize media spend. Data Integration & Harmonization: Consolidate and harmonize large, complex datasets to enable advanced analytics and support comprehensive measurement activities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) in Engineering, Business Intelligence, and other relevant areas to enhance measurement models, integrate cross-functional insights, and drive strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Must-Have: Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in consulting and implementing in-store measurement solutions and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) methodologies. Strong Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, regression modeling, and machine learning techniques. Experimentation Skills: Extensive background in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to optimize marketing performance and drive business growth. Strategic Insight: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytical and measurement solutions, influencing decision-making and maximizing marketing ROI. Good-to-Have: Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and understanding of walled garden environments. CRM & Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Industry Experience: Previous experience with Retail Media Networks, MarTech, or AdTech is advantageous. Pay: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $81,000 - $145,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits: As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
