What we're looking for:


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for analytics? We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to become a valuable addition to our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple projects and brands simultaneously to assess and enhance email marketing quality and performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze email performance metrics, including open rate, click-through rate, and conversion, and provide comprehensive summaries to key stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive reports that include in-depth analysis of email performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate and execute direct-to-consumer (D2C) email campaigns for multiple brands.
  • Help manage the daily operation of the email marketing channel, overseeing 70+ emails each month for our top two brands.
  • Drive the planning, testing, and execution of automated workflows for smaller brands to deliver timely and high-quality content to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with email agencies for production and deployment, streamlining the internal review process to meet all deadlines.
  • Work with Director of Email Marketing to create inventory projections across multiple products and brands.
  • Efficiently collect necessary information from Brand teams to ensure accurate and synchronized communications.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with agency partners to ensure a smooth and accurate exchange of data that matches internal reporting.
  • Streamline the Asana process to adapt to the daily changes for various brands.
  • Proof and fact-check emails and assist in securing approvals.
  • Coordinate creative assets, using Figma, Dropbox, and other programs.
  • Monitor email deliverability; maintain clean and efficient email lists.
  • Pull reports for multiple brands from our ecommerce and email platforms as needed.
  • Consolidate results in easy-to-read visual presentations that can be shared with the company.


Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of marketing or e-commerce experience, with D2C/direct response experience being a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and highly proficient in Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Experience in Asana or similar project management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to ask “Why?” and “How can we make this better?”
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and design tools is preferred.
  • Basic HTML skills to assist with quick code edits on emails or landing pages is a plus.
