As a Semi-Senior Audit Associate, you will directly supervise and help develop In-Charge Associates and Associates
You will manage multiple engagements, demonstrate excellent communication skills and apply your advanced technical competencies.
You will identify new business development opportunities through your strong client relationships.
Your training will focus on specific technical areas and specializations as they align to your expertise and interests.
You will be mentored by Partners, Directors, and Managers to guide your training and career progression with Brown Edwards
Direct engagements by maintaining timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Provide leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to In-Charge Associates and Associates
Develop business opportunities by expanding existing relationships with clients, maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, business, and professional organizations.
Participate in proposal development and other practice development/marketing activities.
Financial statement preparation, project scheduling and budgeting as well as planning of the engagements and related administrative functions.
