RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with policies and accuracy of employee records.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including vendor invoice processing, payment tracking, and customer billing.
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts and financial statements.
Perform financial analysis and generate reports as needed to support management decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper flow of information and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and audits as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and dynamic tables.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus #CFSOCT2024
