Position Key Accountabilities:

Collaborates with senior leaders, managers and employees to drive HR processes and programs developed by respective functional areas including: integrating new talent, employee development, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, retention, compensation planning, employee engagement and policy administration.
Monitors, measures and reports on HR initiatives, opportunities and development plans and achievements.
Provides consultation and coaching to senior leadership for assigned client groups in order to ensure employees are treated fairly and consistently.
Establishes credibility throughout the organization with management and employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of human resources issues.
Ensures effective implementation and administration of human resources programs by providing feedback to functional areas about opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with organizational leaders to strategize, develop and execute initiatives that will support the achievement of business objectives.
Serves as consultant to management on human resources related issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent.
Directs human resources team for assigned client group to ensure overall client satisfaction and appropriate level of service delivery.
Manages Human Resources activities for direct reports in regards to: recruiting and selection; hiring and termination, training, development, mentoring, counseling, performance evaluations, and salary planning.
Responsible for the design, execution and effectiveness of a system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded; financial information is reliable and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) preferred
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) preferred
SHRM-CP - Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) preferred
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) preferred
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a business or a related field required Master's Degree preferred
Minimum Experience:
7 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in one HR specialty function such as Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc required Experience in human resources in a healthcare setting preferred
