In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process, developing interactive experiences, and utilizing data research to enhance user experience. Your role will encompass working cross-functionally and facilitating feedback sessions to gather insights.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the vision and execution of design across various products, making financial data intuitive and visually appealing.
• Develop data visualizations and high-fidelity designs that simplify workflows and enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with different teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to bring your designs to life.
• Utilize prototyping, wireframes, and testing to validate ideas and ensure designs meet user needs at every stage.
• Leverage data insights and research findings to make informed design decisions that enhance user experience and meet customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and build alignment across stakeholders and end-users.
• Translate complex concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs.
• Use your proficiency with Figma, Axure, Adobe CS, HTML, and JavaScript to create user-centered solutions.
• Apply and maintain cohesive design standards across products, using your knowledge of design systems.
• Inspire through your work, contributing to projects that have a significant impact and support the growth of your skills and career.• Proven experience in UI/UX design within the financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Figma.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
• Demonstrated ability in creating compelling content and visual design elements.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Proven research skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate insights into end-to-end design strategies that align with strategic goals.
• Experience in creating high-fidelity prototypes.
• Understands the principles of data visualization and can implement them in design.
• Strong proficiency in UX design, with a focus on creating cohesive user experiences.
• Previous experience with implementation of design strategies is a plus.
