As a Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in organizing our CRM, supporting our sales team with LinkedIn and marketing outreach tasks, and handling light copywriting duties.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize Hubspot CRM to ensure efficient operations
• Assist the sales team with LinkedIn tasks and marketing outreach efforts
• Engage in light copywriting for email communications
• Draft documents as required by the team
• Show professionalism and effective communication in all interactions
• Develop interest and understanding of our high-end retail, fashion, and beauty client base
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for various tasks
• Analyze Facebook Insights to inform marketing strategies
• Create advertisements and blog posts to increase brand awareness
• Participate in budget processes and campaign planning.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is essential.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Experience in Adobe InDesign is necessary.
• Proficiency in CRM software is a must.
• Knowledge of Facebook Insights is required.
• Ability to create engaging advertisements is necessary.
• Experience in blogging is desirable.
• Understanding of brand awareness strategies is required.
